I work with a handful of clients at a time, which means you get me on the phone, not a team member you've never met. When a property hits the market that fits what you're looking for, you hear about it that day. When you have a question at 8pm on a Sunday, you get an answer.

For buyers: I'll tell you when a house is wrong for you. Plenty of agents will let you talk yourself into an offer because it closes faster. I make sure we take the time to find the one that's right for you. When we do find the right one, I write offers that win without overpaying, and I know which terms actually move a seller.

For sellers: Pricing is where most listings are won or lost. I'll show you the comps and the reasoning, tell you honestly what your home will bring, and be direct about which improvements pay for themselves and which don't. Then I market it properly and negotiate hard on your behalf.
